FASTCAST Structures are factory engineered for fast and efficient construction on site, enabling buildings to be erected in a fraction of the time of traditional methods.

The ‘flat pack’ systems comprise large factory engineered concrete (FEC) panels which provide internal structural load bearing and partition walls, together elevational panels which, combined with FEC staircase and landings, provide a fully comprehensive main building fabric.

HIGH QUALITY, INNOVATIVE, ROBUST AND SUSTAINABLE
The panels are cast in grey concrete in high quality steel moulds to create the inner skin of external walls, internal walls and floors, within which service runs can be incorporated. Internal finishes such as plastering and dry lining are eliminated and external finishes can be enhanced by the addition of faced, insulated external wall panels, thereby eliminating the need for external scaffolding and the associated safety risks. There is also the added benefit of a reduced construction programme.

Comprehensive quality assurance and control procedures ensure high standards. Our novel grouting systems eliminate the need for insitu formwork at joints.

Just in time delivery assists sites where space and access is limited, providing an ideal solution to logistically difficult projects.

The structures are extremely stable – walls are structurally joined by reinforced in-situ concrete joints, which transfer all loads to the foundations. Horizontal internal and peripheral ties, together with vertical ties, ensure the buildings are robust and low maintenance. Heat retaining properties of concrete can be used to reduce heating costs within buildings, providing a consistent internal climate.

The FASTCAST Structures are rapidly assembled on site by experienced site teams, providing a quick and safe solution, ensuring that overall customer satisfaction is delivered.
